Rory VohwinkelRory Vohwinkel is a co-founder of Paladin Legal Advocacy Center.  His extensive experience in real estate law began at Nevada’s second oldest law firm, where he represented large commercial real estate and development companies in purchase and sale negotiations, landlord/tenant issues, and general real estate disputes.  He has also represented lenders, such as Bank of America, in secured financing transactions.  Rory went on to serve as general counsel for a national commercial real estate investment and property management company whose real estate purchase and sale transaction volume totaled over $300 million per year. Most recently, Rory co-founded Paladin Legal Advocacy Center in 2008 to provide professional assistance to homeowners seeking loan modifications, preventing foreclosures, and legal representation to combat the predatory lending practices of lenders and loan servicing companies, etc. 

Rory is a second-generation native of Las Vegas.  He attended Santa Clara University in Northern California, where he received a Bachelors degree in Political Science, with a second major in History. He attained his law degree from the University of Arizona.  Rory is admitted to practice law in all Nevada state courts as well as federal court for the District of Nevada. Rory is also a member of American Bar Association Real Estate and Business Law Sections and Association of Corporate Counsel, and he is a licensed Nevada real estate agent.

Zachary RobertsZachary Roberts is a co-founder of Paladin Legal Advocacy Center.  Zach is an attorney licensed in the state of California, and has been a founder and executive manager for several personal finance and real estate investment companies providing solutions for small-to-medium investors.  Zach has been directly involved with banks and institutional lenders to originate and refinance hundreds of millions of dollars annually of commercial real estate loans.  Zach is well recognized as an outspoken advocate of investor/homeowner protection, and the need for competent representation by qualified real estate and legal professionals.  Zach is an in-demand speaker to national audiences on topics including capital gains tax deferral techniques, predatory lending practices, real estate syndications, and continuing education programs for attorneys and tax advisors.  Zach received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego after earning his undergraduate degree at the University of California.

Zach is a Southern California native, born in San Diego, California.  After graduating law school and passing the California State Bar, Zach lived and worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for over five years, where he met his wife Mastura.  Zach lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and travels frequently in his efforts to educate and help homeowners by establishing satellite locations in numerous other states for the Paladin Legal Advocacy Center.

Nicholas SulloNicholas Sullo is an attorney licensed in the State of Illinois, and was a co-founder of a Real Estate Brokerage firm which specialized in representing both individuals and corporations in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago, where he majored in Public Accounting. After completing his undergraduate studies he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. Upon completion of law school he founded a successful private real estate law practice. Since the practice was formed, Nicholas has represented clients in over 1,300 real estate transactions. His practice was concentrated in the areas of residential real estate representing both buyers and sellers in all types of real property. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. 

Prior to moving to Las Vegas with his wife and two children Nicholas was a Chicago native.
